Blackcreek Herbals is part of the Georgia Cottage Food program.  All of our products are produced and/or packaged in accordance with the guidelines for the Georgia Cottage Food industry.   The FDA prohibits businesses from shipping herbs and teas across state lines unless they are processed in a GDA-approved manufacturing facility.  To remain compliant, we do not ship any of our herbs or teas outside Georgia.
